Property adaptation - residential
Our years of service in the construction industry enable us to provide a complete service to the domestic market as well as local authorities. We have proven knowledge of building extensions, large and small, remodelling existing homes, refurbishing outdated properties and building new houses. We project manage and organise each scheme, working with architects, structural engineers or from client’s plans. With uncertainty in today’s housing market many home owners are choosing not to move but to upgrade their properties. We build all types of housing extensions, either working with architects or manage the project ourselves using the client’s own plans. An extension can create a new and larger kitchen, family room, extra bedroom or make room for an en-suite bathroom. We work with our clients from start to completion, respecting their needs for privacy and make sure that when we leave, they are completely satisfied with our work.
