Kitchen modernisation Programme
Client: Carrick Housing Ltd
Co-operation is vital on this contract as we work closely with the kitchen supplier, surveying and designing the new kitchens for Carrick Housing. We discuss the design and plans with the tenants and provide them with a copy of the drawings; the tenant also has a choice from the range of kitchens offered.
Focusing on client satisfaction, the team liaise with occupants to dispel any concerns about work carried out in the home and try to avoid unnecessary disruption. As a result, possible problems are identified at an early stage, are properly managed and good relations are maintained.
