Customer service is vastly important to us and has over the years been pivotal to our progression. Our aim is to provide a quality service for our clients and customers alike, with minimum disturbance to properties and homes and to provide 100% satisfaction.

We aim to establish a professional and pleasing working environment, respecting the needs and requirements of our customers, whilst we proceed and complete our tasks.

To achieve our high standards we draw from a variety of sources, we invest in our staff and ensure that we provide a team who are fit for the project in hand. Our retraining program includes:

CITB Modern apprentice
Site management safety training
Upskilling to NVQ2 for crafts
Health and safety and first aid
HND business and finance
NVQ3 Accounting
NVQ3 for site supervisors & managers
Site supervisor mentor training

In addition we pride ourselves in quality client liaison, requiring regular site meetings, management consultations and internal team meetings to ensure we meet our targets.

Our internal appraisal system helps us to run our business efficiently, which in-turn allows us to provide you with the professional service that you expect.
